

You are given great flexibility for searching past expenses.

The above expense is broken down into two Expense Categories. You define Expense Categories in the Setup section of the program. You may name the expense categories anything and create any number of them. Any expense may be comprised of any number of expense categories.
Capital Expenditures
Capital Expenditures are setup in the same manner as expenses.


This contains the asset with its applicable depreciation.
You may print reports by either Property or Category


The above is a simplified example of a summary report by property. For each property the expenses are summed by category. A total is given for each property, and a grand total for the report.
Each report in this section works in a similar fashion.
During tax time the expense & capital expenditure reports by category will be very useful.
In a matter of seconds they will supply you with information that would take hours to calculate manually.
